The Behemoth Car

24 Hours of Lemons is a series of endurance races held around America, where one gets to drive modified cars that won’t be setting any speed records. The race is loaded with strange penalties and the car can’t cost more than $500. In association with 2 Slow Racing, Ajay Karat designed the Behemoth Chicken Coupe.

Development

The 1987 BMW E30 was to be fitted with modifications that had a Behemoth theme. After finalizing this style, the next big target was converting this concept practically. Click on the gallery below to see photos of the final car. Mind you, this was all made under a shoe-string budget!

Development

This was the initial car design that all the other designs were based off.
