This morning, the Dethklok family got together for a photo shoot! Kudos to all of you @Titmouse!
Dethklok Metalocalypse
I’m finally in Hollywood, CA and @Titmouse Inc. Working on the heaviest show coming to Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim. The show is from Brendon Small, the guy who also did Home Movies. Dethklok is about the world’s blackest, killer bee, meanest, badass, famous, badassss, heavy, black metal band ever! Rocking!
I’m not too sure of the release date, But will update when I receive any dates. Working on vector tracing, color and tones for characters and layouts so far. Looking forward to learning stuff from Mike Roush, the lead animator on the show and Dik Pose, the layout artist at the one man department!
Update I: The show will be air’d on Cartoon Network on August 6th, 2006.
Update II: If you haven’t caught up on the the best that’s been happening on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, since August 6th, you should be buying yourself a very demoted grave and dying in there. ‘Cause Dethklok is here! And h0ere’s some trivia.

I believe the character “Fan #1” which James Hetfield voiced is “Goat” from Downtown!
Update V: Yeah, I was right! Chris Prynoski, (One of the BEST traditional animators I’ve ever met!) mentioned that Goat is indeed Fan #1. Awesome.
