Just something I was doodling this evening. The clip is taken from American Pie.
Mike Goubeaux and Andrew Muto, Two recent Film grads from Savannah College of Art and Design won the Scion xPress Fest Music Video Contest last year. They had made a music video for the Psychedelic band Summer Birds in the Cellar (Myspace link) . I had got to be an extra where I play a frustrated bank customer and start grabbing money from the pretty tellar. Didn’t realise that I would be one of the most treated characters in the video. The animation in the video was all done with Toon Boom was recently featured in the Toon Boom website (here).
The duo have currently finished shooting another movie called “Midway Down” which is about a crazy guy named Midway (played by Ian Pfaff) who journeys all across the states to find his love. I got to play a small role of the manager who gets to fire Midway. (behind the scenes) Shall update the post once I get to know about any release dates. Cheers !
